Return & Refund Policy
At LushVibePicks, we want you to love every item you receive. However, we understand that sometimes things don't work out. This policy explains how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges to ensure a fair experience for everyone.
1. Return Eligibility & Timeframe
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- It must be in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be unworn, unused, and unwashed.
- It must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
- You will need the receipt or proof of purchase (order number).
2. How to Start a Return
To start a return, you must contact us first at support@lushvibepicks.com.
Please note:
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer address on the shipping label. We will provide you with the correct return shipping address and instructions via email.
- If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are typically responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
3. Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. Contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
For damaged items, please include photos of the product and the packaging in your email to help us resolve the issue quickly.
4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants).
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products, skincare tools, or brushes) for hygiene reasons once used.
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
- Sale items and Gift Cards are unfortunately not eligible for returns.
5. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
6. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
7. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
- If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at support@lushvibepicks.com.
